My Approach to Helping
You’re doing everything “right,” but it still feels like too much. Maybe you’re the dependable one, the achiever, the peacekeeper, the one holding it all together. Underneath that, you might be carrying anxiety, burnout, family pressure, or a deep sense of not knowing who you really are. Whether you’re navigating life transitions, complex trauma, ADHD, or just getting to know yourself better, I offer a space where you can pause, breathe, and be seen.
More Info About My Practice
If your brain's a bit of a whirlwind, and you're tired of just talking about feelings, we might be a great fit. ADHD and neurospicy brains often thrive with movement and embodied experiences, and I’m passionate about bringing that into therapy. Forget sitting still for an hour! We'll explore how your body holds stress, process emotions through gentle movement, and tap into your sensory experience. We’ll work together to build strategies that honor your unique neurodiversity and create a therapy space that feels like it fits you.
I'm a creative soul, an artist, and a former dancer – and that's a big part of who I am as a therapist. Dance will always be my first love, and it taught me how deeply connected our minds and bodies are. This experience fuels my passion for mind-body connection therapy, helping clients find healing through movement and embodied presence.
We'd be a good fit if...

You desire to integrate mind and body for a more grounded experience.
You identify as "neurospicy" and seek a therapist who understands and celebrates neurodiversity.
You're open to exploring EMDR as a tool for processing trauma and fostering healing.
You're wanting to have a deep conversation that may examine spirituality.
Desire for Integrated Healing: You are looking for a therapist who understands how the mind and body affect one another.
My Role as a Therapist
My path to social work was paved with spiritual exploration. A Master of Divinity deepened my understanding of the human condition, revealing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and soul. It's this compassionate, holistic perspective that informs my therapeutic approach. While I'm not a Christian counselor, my Master of Divinity provides a unique perspective, allowing for a deeper understanding of spiritual and existential themes that may arise in therapy.
