I specialize in working with young and middle aged adults who constantly worry, feel overwhelmed, overthink, feel anxious in social situations, and are having trouble adjusting to changes in their life. I have experience in helping people learn to manage anxiety, improve communication, set healthy boundaries, and cultivate healthy relationships.
I believe that change happens through providing a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental space to explore the issues that are impacting you. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I use an integrative approach to tailor treatment to your individual needs. I provide a safe space for you to express yourself, learn strategies to lessen anxiety, practice new tools for communication, learn how to set healthy boundaries, and identify unhealthy patterns while building new, healthy patterns for a better life. We will work together to explore the issues impacting you, practice coping skills and techniques to reduce stress and anxiety, set small, achievable goals for you to see progress, and empower you to make helpful changes in your life.
