Hi! My name is Olivia, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I have worked with various populations and have a diverse background including people with trauma, crisis, depression, anxiety, personality issues, women’s issues, and relationship problems. I make sure to implement a positive and holistic approach to therapy. I think it is important to find balance in your life, this can include strengthening the relationship with yourself and coping with external stressors. Depending on your needs, I implement approaches specifically tailored to you to help you achieve your goals and receive the best clinical care.

I have in person availability on Sundays from 12-6 PM. I am virtual only for Florida residents.
