My Approach to Helping
I am a therapist who has worked in the field for over 20 years with clients facing a variety of challenges. My style is casual and collaborative and I believe that a positive and strong relationship between client and therapist is the foundation for client growth during treatment. My primary approaches are Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioral.
I am currently available for telehealth sessions and am offering a complimentary 30-minute session for potential clients to discuss their goals and decide whether I might be a good fit for them.
