My Approach to Helping
If you are feeling overwhelmed, feeling alone, or feeling stuck on a course of action that you need to take _ you are not alone. Life can be challenging. If you are experiencing helplessness, anxiety, depression, stress; worklife balance, relationship concerns, grief, loss, or simply need support at this time_I am here to help. I work with individuals and couples facing a wide range of issues and concerns. I consider myself a caring and compassionate reflective therapist. I provide a safe environment built on trust in meeting your needs with empathetic listening, respect, and non-judgement __ focusing on overall health, wellness and wellbeing.
Primary function of wellbeing is Quality of Life and Valued Living. I provide valuable tools and resources to help clients gain clarity, improve confidence, increase optimal levels of happiness using a variety evidence based interventions: CBT Mindfulness; Solution Focused; Strength Based; Positive Psychology and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
