Emotional well being takes effort and courage _ If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relational issues or need support I provide a safe environment built on trust, empathetic listening, respect, and non-judgement. People function more effectively when they talk about their feelings __talking helps one to become unstuck and allows one to find alternative solutions to problems _ often times clients express how great it was for them to just simply talk about their feelings _ when releasing bottled up emotions one begins to feel a glimmer of hope _ what was once impossible now becomes possible
