I offer free telephone consultation.

Counselling sessions are 50 minutes long and range in fee from $140 - $160 (depending on settings).

I offer therapeutic sessions in my private practice office located in Oakville, ON
via video-conference - $ 140
Home sessions - $160 (a fee of $50 is added for my journey)
Office - $160.00

I provide receipts for insurance reimbursement. Check with your insurance provider if this service is covered.

I specialize in women issues and work with individuals struggling with trauma, relationships, self-image, life transition, abuse, health-related issues, family-related issues, cross-cultural issues, losses/grief, depression, anxiety, mood-related issues, and other inter/intrapersonal issues.

As a trauma professional, I work with individuals straggling with post-traumatic stress (PTSD, PTSS), depression, anxiety, and loss/grief. I work by integrating well-researched interventions that have been found as the best treatment approach to heal PTSD and related issues.

I also have experience working with individuals diagnosed with personality disorders, specifically borderline personality disorder; and paranoid/suspicious thoughts.

Psychotherapy can play an important part in your well-being. It is a form of 'talking therapy' where both you and therapist work in confidence and collaboration on helping you overcome deeply distressing emotions, thoughts, and reactions to stressful situations as well as to learn better and healthier coping strategies and skills to solve problems affecting you and your relationships. It is also a safe place where you can explore your past experiences and develop a better understanding of how these influence your well-being. Psychotherapy involves a process of change, self-growth, and development of self-actualization.
