My Approach to Helping
I'm an experienced social worker offering online therapy services to increase accessibility for those who can't attend in-person sessions. My personal journey towards self-love and repairing my relationship with food has inspired me to assist others facing similar struggles. Taking a client-centered and strengths-based approach, I collaborate with individuals to explore their innate wellness and develop effective coping strategies for life's challenges. During sessions, I draw from various therapeutic modalities including CBT, DBT, Narrative, and ACT, while also incorporating mindfulness and mind-body connection techniques.
