My Approach to Helping
Are you hiding your pain? Feeling like you are barely holding on? Managing to function but no one else knows how you really feel inside? Do you feel overwhelmed, inadequate, exhausted and are questioning yourself - your ability to cope and juggle all of life's demands? Do you feel that you are struggling in your relationships and feeling uncertain, confused, or lonely? Life happens, events occur that throw us all for a loop and can change our confidence and ability to cope and can lead to stress, anxiety, and feelings of depression.
My passion is working with adults who are trying to manage life & their career. Young adults who are finding their place in the world, coping with relationships, demanding education, and new careers.
It is my hope to provide a comfortable place for people to explore feelings that are difficult to share anywhere else. To help people slow life down, build confidence, make changes, and develop new ways of coping. You don't have to navigate this place you find yourself in alone. I look forward to hearing from you.
