My Approach to Helping
My goal in therapy is toassist my clients in making different choices by promoting self-awareness, self-acceptance, and self-empowerment. As a therapist I am passionate about helping clients live whole, free, and joyful lives. I support them as they walk out of shameful patterns into complete acceptance of themselves. I give comfort as they begin living from a place of love instead of fear. An important step of growth is giving yourself permission to grow. I provide my clients with the space to feel secure enough to choose differently.
In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I love having deep and meaningful conversations with the people closest to me. I enjoy walking and being outdoors in the natural sunlight. I find pleasure in connecting to my body by practicing yoga. I am an avid laugher and love watching comedies on Netflix while cuddled with my dog.
