My Approach to Helping
Therapeutic Approaches: I believe in treating each client as an individual and meeting you where you are. Providing a safe and open environment for you to process your everyday stressors in order for you to meet your goals. My therapeutic approach includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Motivation Interviewing, and Mindfulness.
In my spare time, I like to travel, read, and spend time with friends and family.

Educational and Experience Background: I earned my Master\'s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University, CACREP approved program. I am a Licensed Associate Counselor in New Jersey and have received my National Certified Counselor certification. Previously, I have experience working with individuals who have varying mental health issues in private practice, facilitating group therapy, and a psychiatric hospital.
