I am trained in eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR) and other trauma therapy approaches. My years of professional experience as a teacher and counselor, along with my lived experiences as an African allow me to provide empathetic regard while helping clients from multicultural backgrounds.
My therapeutic style is warm, caring, and culturally sensitive, with a results-oriented approach to therapy. I will work collaboratively with you to understand your specific goals for therapy and your daily life.
