My Approach to Helping
Therapeutic Approaches: I tailor my therapeutic approach based on the needs of my clients. I readily use a variety of therapies including Family systems, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Brief therapy, Person- Centered therapy, and Solution focused.
ApproachPhilosophy: I believe that you have to meet people where they are in life. The more accepting that you are of others, the easier it is to understand where they are coming from. I believe that people are more open and less defensive when they don’t feel judged.
Who am I: I love being near the water as it has a calming effect. I love spending my free time at the pool with my family and go on at least 1-2 beach vacations a year. My latest hobby has been backyard D.I.Y projects. I am hoping to turn my backyard into my own private retreat one day.
