My Approach to Helping
My focus is on helping clients achieve their full potential and realize a life of physical, mental, and emotional peace. If you struggle with anxiety, depression or mood problems, eating disorders, PTSD or trauma related issues, insomnia, phobias, or with general feelings of emotional distress, I am here to help. With each client, I work to understand the issues, difficulties, or stressors that are impeding their ability to achieve success in their lives. I help clients to establish goals, to navigate and overcome their presenting issues, and to achieve a more fulfilling and satisfying life.
