What's My Approach to Therapy?

Our relational skill building interventions give clients opportunities to identify, develop and apply effective skills that will better every dimension of their lives. This multi-dimensional approach succeeds greatly because no stone is left unturned; all issues that are important in peoples' lives, no matter where (school, work, home, etc) are addressed and targeted. Life does not present us with one single problem at a time. If you have a beach ball that has ten holes, you would not patch only one in an effort to repair the ball.

My Practice & Services

We accept United Health care, Aetna, Cigna. We have weekly group therapy. Action Relational Therapy makes psychological services affordable to all !!!!!!!!!!!! Our group therapy receives rave reviews. What we love to hear comments like "It's the highlight of my week" .
