As a counselor, I strive to create a space of safety and support, where each client feels heard and is comfortable to begin the discovery of themselves and the journey to a happier, healthier life.
Within us all is the potential to live our best life, to be our best self, to have fulfilling relationships, to feel good in the morning when we wake up, and to be satisfied with our lives when we fall asleep. We also have the ability to be our own worst enemy, to gather negativity in our lives, to create destructive patterns that defy our desire for a life full of peace and happiness. The choice is each of ours to make.
