My Approach to Helping
Everyone encounters difficulties. When we feel stuck or overwhelmed we can become increasingly distracted and disconnected and feel less capable, creative, and present. I work with adults struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, life transitions, low self worth, and other challenging feelings and circumstances. Together we create opportunities for you to explore where you are with honesty and compassion so that you can make thoughtful, sustainable choices and changes aligned with your values and goals.
