In describing my philosophy and approach to helping people, if you feel uncomfortable, alone, and in need of a place to share your thoughts, or emotions without judgment, this is the place to be.
I would like to work with you while easing your discomfort, making you feel at home with me, as we discuss areas of distress.
There are many types of human behaviors that bring with them a variety of emotions. We often are not equipped to address the agitation, or despondency that often disturbs us.
As a therapist my goal is to provide you with the appropriate techniques used in maintaining trusting relationships, and feelings of self worth.
These will be tailored especially to you, while improving the quality of your life.

I've had many years of experience supporting and treating, anxiety, substance abuse, adjustment disorders, domestic violence, self esteem, and school issues to name a few.
