Sessions with me are structured with resources and support. Together, we create resilience. And we always go at your pace, never pushing to a place you don’t feel ready to be.

At Resilient Wellness, we work with you to help remove obsticals that interfere with your ability to meet your goals. I have two other clinicians who work with me that offer sliding scale as well.
