My Approach to Helping

I am an experienced therapist and ready to help. When things are not going right, and you know it's time to make a change, that is when therapy with me can be beneficial. I am here to listen and help you sort out various issues you're experiencing. People come to counseling for many different reasons. such as wanting skills to reduce, eliminate, or manage their symptoms, or wanting dialog about problems to work on root issues. I am comfortable being there to help you explore deep truths, and develop insight and meaning from painful or unwanted experiences. Most people expect to see changes through the experience of therapy, and I can confirm that most people who work with me are successful in achieving their therapy goals. No matter what brings you to therapy, I am here for all of it. Over the past 10 years, I worked with many people faced with complex mental health, personal, relational, and professional challenges. All are welcome! I hold two master's graduate degrees, one from UMass Boston and the other from Harvard Graduate School of Education, and have a little over 10 years in the field that informs my ability in helping others.
