My Approach to Helping

HOURS: 7:20am-2pm Mon-Fri. NEW clients accepted!
11 years of experience informing my ability to help others, licensed to practice in Massachusetts. Two master's graduate degrees: MS UMass Boston 2013; EdM Harvard Graduate School of Education 2002.
I am an experienced therapist and ready to help. I provide a warm, supportive, client-centered, nonjudgmental presence using proven treatment modalities like CBT, DBT, mindfulness, relational, motivational interviewing, solution-focused, narrative, possibility development, and positive psychology. I encourage people to build hope, possibility, strength, and resiliency.

More Info About My Practice

I care a lot. People come to me for warm support and encouraging conversation on tough life issues. I've also lived through hard times myself, including trauma, infertility, grief, and other struggles. I've persevered through those and found inner peace. Please reach out to me for appointments, as I am always happy to help!

Had a Negative Therapy Experience?

Everyone struggles with something. But I really believe we can be there for each other. I love my work as a therapist. Seeing people begin to feel better is something that gives me deep joy. But not all therapists are the same, and not everyone has the same background, experience, training, and focus. I encourage you to ask questions about me and my background so you can feel comfortable moving forward in therapy with me.
