I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Sex Therapist who helps couples and families create fulfilling, health relationships. As our lives continue to get more complicated and our communities get smaller, our marriages and partnerships have never been more important, for better or worse. I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Certified Sex Therapist who helps couples and families create fulfilling, healthy relationships by reducing stress and improving communication and intimacy. My space is affirming, strengths-based, nonjudgmental, and creative, and treatment will be tailored to your specific needs. I love my work because it allows me to daily witness healing and reconciliation between people who deeply love each other. I work with relationships on a diversity of issues: intimacy and sexual issues, conflict resolution, substance use, cultural challenges, issues with families of origin, divorce, religion and spirituality, and couples with young children. Meetings are 90 minutes long to ensure that you have ample quality time to explore the dynamics of your relationship.

In this stressful time of upheaval, it's imperative to find space that's just about you and your relationship. I'm currently doing virtual sessions through Zoom, which allows flexibility for to meet in a time and space that works for you. I've enjoyed helping my couples have intimate, meaningful conversations through the virtual space.
