My Approach to Helping

My journey as a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor has been driven by a deep commitment to supporting individuals on their path to recovery. Over the past decade, I've had the privilege of guiding many through this challenging yet rewarding journey.

My approach is rooted in the belief that each person's path to recovery is unique. I understand that the challenges of addiction are complex and multifaceted, which is why I focus on creating a personalized and meaningful recovery plan for each of our clients. In my role as Executive Director at Rockland Recovery Treatment Center, Rockland Recovery Behavioral Health, and the Massachusetts Center for Addiction, I strive to provide a supportive and understanding environment where individuals feel heard, valued, and empowered.

I believe in a holistic approach to recovery, one that addresses not just the physical aspects of addiction but also the emotional, mental, and social factors that play a crucial role. My methods involve a combination of evidence-based practices and compassionate, client-centered therapy. This blend ensures that we not only tackle the immediate challenges of addiction but also lay a strong foundation for long-lasting sobriety and a fulfilling life in recovery.

At the heart of my approach is a steadfast belief in the resilience and strength of each person I work with. I am here to listen, support, and walk alongside you as you reclaim your life from addiction. Together, we can work towards a future of health, happiness, and sustained recovery.

Our centers in Braintree, Quincy, and Sharon, MA, and sober living homes in Rockland and Dorchester, MA, are meticulously designed to offer a comprehensive support system for individuals on their path to recovery.

At Rockland Recovery, we understand that each journey is unique, and therefore, we offer a wide range of services tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients. Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) provides an intensive, structured treatment experience, allowing clients to integrate their recovery with daily life activities.

For those who require flexibility due to work or family commitments, our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers substantial therapeutic engagement that accommodates their schedules.

We are particularly attentive to the complexities of co-occurring disorders. Our Dual Diagnosis Treatment is adept at addressing both substance use and mental health issues, ensuring a comprehensive approach to treatment.

In our Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) program, we use medication to effectively manage withdrawal symptoms and cravings, all under the careful supervision of medical professionals.

Furthermore, we recognize the vital role of family support in the recovery process. Our Family Therapy program is designed to mend relationships and build a supportive home environment, which is crucial for long-term recovery.

Each program at Rockland Recovery is developed to provide holistic, comprehensive care, supporting our clients at every step of their journey toward lasting recovery.
