With a foundation rooted in inclusive and trauma-informed practices, I aim to guide you towards recognizing your strengths and shaping a positive narrative, over the past 15 years.
I have a deep focus on areas that many individuals face, such as abuse, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, human trafficking, anger management, self-esteem, and identity. In our journey together, I draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused and Multicultural Therapy.
Recognizing the incredible diversity of each individual, I collaborate closely with clients to craft a personalized treatment plan that is specifically tailored to empower them in constructing a life that is both healthy and fulfilling.
