I have certifications as both a Spiritual Psychotherapist and Gestalt Therapist. I work with Depression, Anxiety, Distress in life, Personality Disorders, Psychosis, Personal Growth, Relationships, Personal performance.

Sessions are mostly remote, using Zoom, Facetime and other platforms.
I have been doing virtual sessions in my practice for several years, and in my experience and the experience reported by my clients, it works very well.
In some circumstances we can meet in person.
