My Approach to Helping
My philosophy is C.A.L.M. Therapy (Crafting and Actualizing Life's Meaning). C.A.L.M. Therapy is an interactive and strengths approach designed to bring forth the best in the individual. Life challenges, as opposed to problems, are explored and unique solutions are found to help the individual live their best life possible, in the present.
For couples, I am a Level II Trained Therapist in The Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy. This therapy integrates the mind and body functioning and gives couples the tools to create a safe and secure, and long-lasting relationship.
