What's My Approach to Therapy?
You might be feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, or like you’re carrying more than anyone really sees. On the outside, you’re showing up. On the inside, you might feel tired, disconnected, or unsure how much longer you can keep doing things this way.
You don’t have to keep holding it all alone.
When we work together, my role is to help you slow things down and make sense of what’s happening beneath the surface. We’ll look at the patterns showing up in your thoughts, your emotions, and your relationships. If you’re coming in as a couple, we’ll focus on communication, understanding each other more clearly, and rebuilding connection in a way that feels honest and sustainable.
I take a warm, direct, and collaborative approach. That means I’m here to support you, but I’m also going to help you notice what’s not working and guide you toward real, practical change. We’ll build tools you can actually use. We’ll have honest conversations. And we’ll move at a pace that respects both where you are and where you want to go.
If your faith is important to you, we can also integrate that into our work in a way that feels grounding and aligned with your values.
My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling clearer, more supported, and more connected to yourself and the people who matter most to you.
