I work with women, couples, and families navigating the demands of everyday life while trying to stay connected, grounded, and whole. Many of my clients are high-functioning, faith-centered, and deeply committed to showing up for others, whether thats in their relationships, families, or communities. They are often balancing career, caregiving, and personal growth, and may feel stretched thin or unsure how to prioritize themselves. I also work closely with couples who want to strengthen their relationship, improve communication, rebuild trust, or navigate life transitions together, including parenting, stress, and shifting roles. In addition, I support individuals and families experiencing anxiety, depression, burnout, trauma, and relationship stress, as well as those navigating identity shifts, boundaries, and life transitions. My practice is culturally responsive and affirming, and I create space for clients who want to integrate faith and spirituality into their healing process.
