My Approach to Helping

I help people who are hurting and confused. The people who desire the wonder and connection of being alive but are lost in the messiness of it. I work with those struggling with self-compassion and lacking peace in their day to day life. This could look like: Feeling out of control; Hating yourself; Harming yourself; Feeling unsafe in your body; Feeling sad, bored, angry, confused, exhausted; Being stuck or scared about taking the next step; Feeling unsettled

More Info About My Practice

I value immediacy, authenticity, and empathy. This means I will pay attention to you with curiosity and patience and will speak to things in the moment. I approach my work with cultural humility and I'm motivated to get to know you as a whole person, not just a diagnosis.

My Role as a Therapist

I want to collaborate with you, co-authoring a compassionate relationship where you can be you and where deep change can take place. Together, we can get at the core of your struggles and help you attain long-lasting change.
