My Approach to Helping
I understand that sometimes people encounter challenges that are difficult to navigate alone. These difficulties can include anxiety, low mood, life stressors, life transitions, or difficulties coping. I appreciate that when someone comes to therapy, it is not always an easy first step but I think of it as a hopeful one. I will meet you exactly where you are and learn what your goals and challenges are in order to find the approach that best suits you.
Specific Issue(s) I'm Skilled at Helping With

Although I work with a range of issues and life challenges, I also have extensive background in anxiety disorders: panic attacks, generalized anxiety, worry, social anxiety, and agoraphobia.
