My Approach to Helping

I am an empathetic and authentic therapist who is passionate about supporting clients on their mental health journey.

I aspire to offer an empathetic, warm, and non-judgmental presence where you can feel safe to share your story. I am passionate about cultivating authentic therapeutic connections and genuine support so that you can grow, flourish, and achieve wellness in your life. Whether your goal is to overcome depression or anxiety, explore gender and sexuality, improve your relationships, navigate difficult life transitions, find purpose and meaning in life, learn coping skills, or explore thoughts and emotions, I would love to help you discover your innate strengths and passions and offer you tools that will help you achieve your goals.

I highly value honoring diversity so I've made it my mission to create a counselling environment where everyone’s unique intersectional identity is acknowledged and celebrated. Anyone is welcome in my counselling room and there is space for you no matter what your journey looks like. I proudly identify as queer and I'm very passionate about creating a safe space where the unique needs of the LGBTQIA+ community are supported.

My hope is to validate you in whatever capacity you show up to counselling. Whether you are ready to dive into deep self-exploration or are still hesitant about seeking counselling (or somewhere in between), I encourage you to take that step today. I would love nothing more than to meet you where you are and walk alongside you on your journey to wellness.

What I Love about Being a Psychotherapist

I love being able to connect with my clients and be a safe space for them to have their stories heard and validated. It brings so much meaning and joy to my life to be able to walk alongside my clients on their journey to mental well-being. Everyone needs support from time to time and I am proud to be the counsellor that can provide that for people in their time of need.
