My Approach to Helping
Life can sometimes get pretty messy. This is why whenever you find yourself in emotional pain and hurt –there is hope. Life is difficult and we are not meant to go through this journey alone.
It is my honor to encourage you, to support you, to walk with you in your struggle. I believe one of the most important aspects of therapy is the therapeutic relationship, as it allows you to experience trust and to feel comfortable exploring your life.
With compassion and understanding, I will work with you to help build on your strengths and attain the personal growth you are committed to accomplishing. I am also dedicated to using evidence-based practice on a variety of presenting concerns you may have including depression, anxiety, grief and loss, stress-management, parenting, and many other issues. I am also an ADHD counselor certified across the life span.
