My Approach to Helping
Christina strives to provide a laid-back and comfortable environment to laugh, to cry, to ask questions, to vent frustrations, or to celebrate – whatever you need in that moment. Therapy should be the space to confront the emotions that arise so you can take on the world when you step out of the office.
Christina has experience working with individuals admitted to psychiatric hospitals who have been experiencing psychosis, mood disorders, and suicidal ideations. She is interested in working with teens, adults, and couples who are experiencing difficulty in their lives due to stress, depression, anxiety, life transitions, addictions, or self-esteem issues.
Christina understands the importance of a therapist being the right fit for a client and would love to meet you to see how she can help.
