My Approach to Helping
Beginning counseling can feel overwhelming. Seeking help is an act of courage. With this in mind, I work hard to create a safe, comfortable, and judgment-free environment for my clients. I believe therapy is a collaborative process where we can work as a team to gain insights into both your struggles and strengths. Using compassion, understanding, and clinical experience I aim to uncover my client’s innate ability to find growth and fulfillment in their lives.
I have worked in a variety of mental health settings including inpatient psychiatric, outpatient group, residential rehab, and non-profit. I have particular experience working with couples, anger management issues, teenagers, and individual adults struggling with depression and anxiety disorders. Every story is unique.
