I help individuals who are feeling overwhelmed with worry, fear, perfectionism, and overthinking. I want to help you understand the source of your fear and dread, so that you can heal and rise above it to live more freely and joyfully. I also help couples who are dealing with a wide variety of relational issues. Whether you're a young couple learning the ropes or an experienced couple at a dead end with the same old conflicts, I offer help and insight into building or rebuilding a strong, honest, and intimate connection. I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist Associate. I'm trained in a systems approach that takes into account not only your present circumstances but your environment, family, and past to help you understand what makes you uniquely you. We use that insight to find a way forward through your challenges, both individually and in relationships. It would be my privilege and honor to get to know you and to walk with you.
