My Approach to Helping
If you are facing challenges with marriage problems, anxiety, depression, addiction, or trauma I can help. My goal is to listen to you and partner with you to resolve the issues in your life that stand between you and complete happiness. My education and experience with helping you is further informed by my own success with overcoming serious challenges. I know educationally what works, but more importantly I know personally what works. Our sessions consist of talk therapy so that we get to know each other, coaching in developing new skills, and relaxation therapy to reduce stress and help you think clearly, feel great, and get on the path to wholeness in all areas of your life.
