I incorporate meditative and yogic methods, encouraging somatic stability during your journey of rebuilding trust in self. My work is based on a combination of understanding mindbody responses to past or current stress, nurturing the wounds of experienced or inherited trauma, exploring supportive lifestyle rituals, and creating a healthy narrative for self-compassion and trust.
