I recognize that it takes guts to seek out help for something personal that you are struggling with. I want to congratulate you in taking that first step. Maybe you've been thinking about getting help for awhile now but just aren't sure how to get started or what to expect. Don't worry! Most of my clients have never been to therapy before and once they get started they are happy they reached out.
