My Approach to Helping
I recognize that it takes guts to seek out help for something personal that you are struggling with. I want to congratulate you in taking that first step. Maybe you've been thinking about getting help for awhile now but just aren't sure how to get started or what to expect. Don't worry! Most of my clients have never been to therapy before and once they get started they are happy they reached out. If it's depression, anxiety, stress, chronic illness, trauma, grief or any other reason why you are struggling, you've come to the right place. Together, we can make a plan to ease your mind.
I don't want you to feel alone in your journey. Your mental health is just as important as your physical health and together, we can work to improve both. You can't go wrong when you decide to invest in yourself. I invite you to contact me.

Difficulty concentrating at work or at school
Drinking too much, taking drugs, or being aggressive
