My Approach to Helping
My approach to therapy starts with creating a comfortable, supportive atmosphere where my clients are free to truly be themselves. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship is one of the most important factors in a positive therapy outcome. Depending on the needs of each individual, I utilize multiple treatment approaches, including person-centered therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and play therapy. It is my belief that all people are capable of positive change and growth. Therapy is a safe space where new insights, behaviors, and life transformations are all possible through building a collaborative relationship.
In my free time, I enjoy hiking, snowboarding, listening to music, and spending time with family and friends. I also enjoy traveling and seeing new places.
