My Approach to Helping
Is your self-doubt, anxiety, or depression holding you back from reaching your full potential in life? Do you want to make positive changes but don’t know where to start? Luckily therapy ensures that we do not have to experience these struggles on our own. I like to think of a therapist as a flashlight in a dark forest. While your therapist may not be able to take you out of the forest immediately, we will go through the experience with you, providing compassionate guidance and support along the way.
I specialize in treating addictions, mood disorders, life adjustment challenges, disordered eating, relationship problems and more. I utilize an eclectic approach which varies depending on each client’s needs. I focus on approaches including inner-child work, Psychodynamic, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and strengths-based approach.
We all experience loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, or life transitions at one point or another in our lives, but we do not have to go through these challenges alone.
