What's My Approach to Therapy?

Life can feel overwhelming. Maybe you're struggling with stress, juggling others' expectations, navigating a major life adjustment, experiencing anxiety, or dealing with self-doubt and low self-esteem. If you'd like to understand what's getting in the way and create a path forward that truly reflects who you are, you're in the right place. Together, we'll uncover new ways to respond to life's challenges, including setting healthier boundaries, identifying and expressing your emotions, and building more self-compassion along the way. You don’t have to go through this alone.

Imagine a safe, non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts, feelings, fears, strengths, and struggles. Together, we can explore your past and current challenges and experiences, uncovering what’s working and what isn’t. We’ll examine your relationships, with others and with yourself, and help you find peace, acceptance, and clarity for lasting change.

I use thoughtful questions to help you gain clarity and insight into the challenges you’re facing, and to highlight the aspects of your life where you are thriving. I invite you to reach out so that we can explore how we might work together in supporting your growth. I am privileged to do this important work, and I welcome the opportunity to speak with you.
