Life is a journey that can sometimes present challenges, making us feel lost, overwhelmed, or stuck. I believe in the importance of identifying unhelpful thinking and behaviors, gaining self-awareness and insight, and developing life skills that bring positive change and healthier patterns.
I have over seven years of experience working with adults and utilizing various therapeutic approaches and techniques. I believe that we can learn and grow through a positive support system; you do not have to struggle alone. I work with clients in a collaborative and non-judgmental environment and offer a supportive setting to explore concerns and goals.
