My Approach to Helping
I believe that healing is possible for anyone. I don't believe anyone is broken or some diagnosis. Instead I trust that the potential for healing is already in each person. I help my clients to discover their own essential truth and live more and more from this place.
I have been through my own journey of suffering and pain and I can see how much of my life was about keeping myself safe and out of healthy relationships. Now I am committed to helping men and women create amazing relationships. I do this by helping my clients becoming more engaged with their hearts and bodies while understanding unconscious beliefs that dictate behaviors. I'm committed to helping you find more joy and freedom in your life. Let's get started today!
More Info About My Practice
I work with both men and women using mindfulness, Somatic psychotherapy and Buddhist Psychology to explore patterns of belief and attachment issues growing up. I am helpful in helping to bring up unconscious ideas my clients have about themselves. This allows them to understand why they do certain behaviors. I then help them to overcome the behaviors that aren't working for them.
My View on the Purpose of Psychotherapy
I have found psychotherapy helpful in my own life as a way to discover who I really am while letting go of the ideas about myself that are not working. I have freed myself from so many unhealthy behaviors and beliefs. I am committed to helping my clients discover this in themselves.
My Role as a Therapist
Is to hold you in a loving cocoon and allow you to see the things about yourself that are no longer working. Then we can slowly start to change those things.
