I understand how intimidating therapy so creating a relationship with my clients is the most important thing. I truly believe in learning about my clients and asking them what would make them feel the most comfortable. I consider myself to be a laid-back therapist sprinkled in with some directness. I always work as hard as my cleints and my effort will match yours.

My name is Breanna Alderson, and I am a Licensed clinical social worker in the state of Colorado. My approach to therapy is client centered as I view you as the expert of your life. I do my best to make it feel like you are talking to another human being as I believe in brining my authentic self to the therapeutic relationship.
