What's My Approach to Therapy?
I provide online therapy and work with clients and couples ready to combine self-awareness with practical, solution-focused steps. You may be navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity concerns, or stress, and you’re seeking clarity: Who am I really, and how do I start living like it? You’re ready to stop spinning your wheels and begin healing at the root—building self-trust, mindfulness, and a life aligned with your core values, rather than society’s expectations. In addition to psychotherapy, I also provide assessments.
I blend mindfulness, psychodynamic approaches, depth psychology, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and liberation psychology. Our work will feel focused yet spacious, balancing insight with practical, actionable steps you can take in between sessions to heal in and out of session. You'll gain coping tools, shift behavior, and reconnect with your value system. Sessions are warm, direct, and built around your lived experience. Ultimately, my aim is to help people slow down, see clearly, and create meaningful change grounded in what “is.” Leaning on years of training and a diversity of theoretical approaches, we’ll build clarity, confidence, and control. With plenty of experience training other therapists and a decade-long Buddhist practice, I bring clinical depth and deep presence. My diverse clinical training is only a part of what I offer clients, as my diverse lived experiences as a person of color, college athlete, and 10-year Buddhist practitioner all inform my perspectives on doing, being, and healing. I ultimately strive to meet clients where they’re at, providing a warm, relatable, and solution-focused experience with depth. In therapy, I help people apply a range of tools for growth, liberation, connection, self-alignment, and peace. Feel free to go to my website to learn more.
I look forward to connecting!
