My Approach to Helping
I offer a variety of experiences having worked with individuals experiencing narcissistic abuse sometime in their life, child welfare concerns, addictions, and trauma. I provide in-person and teletherapy sessions. I encounter individuals every day who have tried everything to improve their situation. They find themselves walking around on eggshells, trying to reduce the conflict, and now are ready for help from someone who understands. My 20 years of experience have enabled me to work with a variety of individuals, cultures, and ethnicities. I believe in meeting my clients where they're at, with a non-judgmental and validating style. Trying to make sense of a confusing, unpredictable, and complicated situation alone is overwhelming. Together let's find workable solutions for you to live your best life.

How My Own Struggles Made Me a Better Therapist
Life experience is the best teacher. Difficult, complicated and unpredictable relationships in my past have helped me discover how to start my life over and apply my new approaches to becoming a positive and authentic person. I find value in assisting others to find their way to a new life increasing their self-worth. In addition having experienced EMDR therapy myself, it has been invaluable in assisting me to resolve childhood issues and find the causes and conditions explaining my past behaviors and decisions. My newfound confidence and self esteem assisted me in changing careers, interrupting old patterns and attracting a healthy support system. We all need positive people in our lives!
