Are you struggling with your mental health? Have you lost motivation or find it hard to get up in the morning? As someone who once struggled and found their way to a more balanced and meaningful life, I understand. I want to share my knowledge and coping skills to help guide you to a more productive and fuller life.
I believe in a strong therapist-client relationship and providing a safe space. It is essential for the client to be heard and understood. I specialize in anxiety disorders, depression, and interpersonal relationships. I use several different techniques to help my client including DBT skills such as emotional regulation and distress tolerance.
I live in Prairie Village, Kansas (suburb of Kansas City) and am an LPC as well as a licensed school counselor. I received my undergraduate degree at DePauw University and my master’s at Emporia State University. I stay active by running, biking, and traveling. I love new adventures and finding new places to visit.
