My client-centered and psychodynamic approach emphasizes your experiences, past and present, as valuable sources for discovering insight and addressing the future. Restoration of the self and freedom can occur as we honor your distinct personhood and the fulfilling life you desire.
I enjoy helping individuals develop a richer understanding of themselves and re-connect with parts of self that halt awareness, self-acceptance, and authentic living.
