My Approach to Helping
You may feel stuck and having tried everything you may feel as though nothing seems to be working. You may have reached out to those in your inner circle and they were just too busy to listen to your concerns or you felt that they were just too judgmental. You may find yourself too much alone too much of the time. You may be in a relationship and feel that your partner does not really understand you. You may have recently ended a relationship and find that you have lost your sense of purpose. Or, you may be struggling with career or workplace challenges. You may spend most days sad, anxious, fearful, or consumed with self-doubt. You may find it harder and harder to get out of the bed each morning or you may have problems sleeping. You may be hindered by indecision or you may find that you are easily frustrated. You may feel that you just don’t fit in - and you want to.
As a counselor, I am known for helping others move forward to become the best that is within them. My basic belief is that recovery is a journey. I find purpose in helping others to realize their full potential in spite of challenging and adverse circumstances. My clients are often seeking help with depression, anxiety, anger, relationship issues, life transitions, career counseling, self-esteem, problems in the workplace, Women’s issues, Disability Awareness, and Cultural Diversity issues.
