My Approach to Helping

My approach is client centered. I meet the client where they are at emotionally and together we work to find solutions, build internal and external supports, and improve coping skills. My goal is to enable clients to enjoy their lives!
I provide quality counseling and outpatient mental health services to people of all ages from 1 to 101 years of age.
I offer clinical social work supervision and consultation, as well as play therapy supervision.
I contract with agencies, attorneys, and individuals to provide adoption assessmentshome studies, placement supervision, andor guardianship evaluations.
More Info About My Practice
My practice accepts most insurance for payment of mental health services and a private pay scale is available based on income for those without mental health insurance coverage. Supervision services are private pay.
We accept cash for the amount only, checks, and creditdebit cards.

The therapist will respect you for interviewing her about her education, credentials, professional experience, and any other questions you have to help you hire the right therapist.

Many people have different ideas about what constitutes a problem andor when should someone seek help to deal with problems. If someone is dealing with something in their life that is impairing their ability or motivation to live life the way they have in the past andor how they want to live life - that is a problem.
