Depression, anger, anxiety, and other conditions can be the result of traumatic experiences that an individual has survived. These experiences untreated can severely impact the quality of life that someone was accustomed to previously. There is hope in navigating these situations and restoring a sense of balance and growth. I have immediate availability for daytime appointments as well as some nights and weekends.
I specialize in treating trauma. Methods include traditional aspects such as CBT and DBT approaches as well as EMDR and Hypnotherapy. I work with clients to establish what they hope to receive out of therapy, and find the correct approach for you to reach your goals.
