We can all experience difficulties in life and, for the most part, we take positive action to get beyond those difficulties. Sometimes we could profit from outside or new ideas and perspectives on how to deal well with life's problems especially during this time of COVID pandemic. That's the role I take with people, helping them deal with problems in new ways. It could be as simple as changing how we view problems or solutions, or perhaps making big life changes. My caring nature and experience can help you with these difficulties. I also offer evaluation services to assess ADHD, autism, learning problems, PTSD, anxiety, depression, or other problems.

During this time of COVID, traditional in-office sessions have been suspended in favor of encrypted telehealth and encrypted email communication. Otherwise, my office is in a professional building with easy and handicapped access.
