My Approach to Helping

By creating and deepening our relationships with ourselves and others, we become motivated to hope, change, and grow into the brave, hopeful, and authentic beings we are. I bring a compassionate growth-oriented approach to each person and collaborate with you to create fresh perspectives on current problems in a safe, caring environment. You can feel better. I work with individuals, couples, and families looking to make lasting changes in their lives. Sometimes, they have experienced trauma, unemployment, mental illness, grief, or divorce. Other times, they are looking to improve communication or to set better boundaries with those in their lives. We work hard together to discover and use their skills, and strength to grow and make their lives and relationships better.
